The General Terms and Conditions of the DonCha online store are prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Slovenia (ZVPot-UPB1), the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, and international codes for e-commerce.

Upon registration in the online store system, the visitor obtains a username and password. The username and password uniquely identify the user and are linked to the entered personal data. After registration, the visitor becomes a registered user and acquires the right to make purchases.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all pages of the online store without exception.

The Provider reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions by updating this publication. Such changes are binding on users.
The Provider undertakes to conduct business in compliance with all applicable legislation. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all textual, audio, and graphic content on the DonCha website, the Provider does not guarantee absolute accuracy or completeness of the information provided.

Prices
All prices in the DonCha online store are stated in Euros (EUR) and do not include VAT, as the Provider is not a VAT payer. Prices are valid at the time the order is placed and do not have a predetermined validity period.
If the price changes during order processing, the Provider will allow the customer to withdraw from the order or will attempt to find a mutually satisfactory solution.
Purchase Procedure
1. User Registration
When making a first purchase, the system requires user registration. Registration is mandatory. All required information must be provided. For subsequent purchases, the user logs in using the username and password chosen during registration.
2. Product Purchase
The system guides the user through the entire purchasing process. All required fields must be completed; otherwise, the purchase cannot be completed. After completing the purchase, the user receives an order confirmation by email. Product images accurately represent the ordered product.
3. Shipment of Goods
The Provider packs and ships the goods within the promised timeframe and notifies the customer by email.
Orders
Information about concluded contracts and placed orders is stored by Klavdija Lorber – Personal Supplementary Activity and is accessible in the Provider’s database (personal access).
Orders may be placed via email, through the website, or via the DonCha Facebook page.

Transfer
If bank transfer is selected, a pro forma invoice with all necessary payment details will be sent to your email address upon checkout. Payment may be made via online banking or at any bank or post office in Slovenia.
The bank transfer amount includes the product price and registered shipping via Pošta Slovenije. After payment is received, the customer is notified and the package is dispatched within three business days. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.
If the recipient is not present at delivery, the package can be collected at the local post office within 15 days. Since payment is made in advance, no payment is required upon delivery.
Complaints
If you receive a defective or damaged product, or if the received product differs from the ordered one, please notify us as soon as possible via email (lorber.klavdija@gmail.com) or via private message on our Facebook page so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
Withdrawal from Contract and Returns
If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods, you may withdraw from the contract within 15 days of receiving the goods by submitting a written notice (registered mail with return receipt). No reason for withdrawal is required.
The withdrawal notice is considered timely if sent within the deadline. The customer bears only the direct cost of returning the goods.
The intention to return must be communicated in writing within 15 days of receipt, and the goods must be returned within 30 days to:

The Provider will refund all payments received within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and in unchanged quantity. If the product shows signs of use or the original packaging is missing or damaged, the Provider reserves the right to reject the return. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the goods may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Warranty
Products carry a warranty only if stated on the invoice or accompanying documentation. Warranty claims are valid only with proper use and presentation of proof of purchase.
Warranty does not apply in cases of improper use, mechanical damage, force majeure, negligence, animal damage, or failure to follow care instructions.
Complaints and Disputes
The Provider complies with consumer protection legislation. Complaints may be submitted via email to lorber.klavdija@gmail.com. The Provider will confirm receipt within five days and inform the customer of the complaint resolution timeline.
The Provider strives to resolve disputes amicably. If this is not possible, the competent court in Maribor, Slovenia shall have jurisdiction.
Data Protection
By registering in the DonCha online store, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes described below.
The Provider respects your privacy and undertakes to protect personal data obtained through registration forms. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without consent and will be used solely for communication, order processing, invoicing, and delivery.
The Provider respects requests to opt out of promotional communications. Personal data is stored electronically and deleted once it is no longer required for its intended purpose.
